Finishing

This is a detail of the NZ sweater.  The neckband is being knit and the side seams are underway.  It really is a dark red violet and not as light as this.  Gotta love what the flash does.

Here’s the whole thing.  You can sort of see the waist shaping.  The green bands are the provisional/waste cast on.  I need to pick up and knit garter bands to finish/hem the edges.  Robin gets to try it on first.

Real progress.  And although startitis is calling I have so far managed to avoid casting on a new project.  No, I just brought home new magazines and library books to drool over.
